@squashisawesome, and others, it is very obvious when you dis the schools you do not get into. lets keep the discussions as objective as possible.

jmoran, NJ weather has been as bad this winter LOL

@gmt007 I wouldn’t consider this dissing “HADES are generally ranked higher and more prestigious, however Lville has an awesome campus and culture. The house system also really adds to the experience.” I would consider that helpful. I was also complementing Lville and I’ll have you know that even though I wasn’t admitted, it is still my first choice.

@squahisawesome I would consider, very strongly, dissing it.

HADES are not really more prestigious at all, if you think about it. Yes, Exeter and Andover are the most prestigious, but after that, Lawrenceville, Deerfield, and Hotchkiss are on the same level as far as prestige goes. It’s not ranked lower, either. So pretty much exclude A&E for prestige, and subjectively looking at statistics, L’ville is on par with all of the other HADES schools, including A&E. House system is another plus.

Over here in California, more people I’ve talked to know about Lawrenceville than they do about Hotchkiss or Deerfield.
