I can’t believe the application is due this Thursday! Sadly, I still need to finish my second essay and my letters posted I hope I get in!!!
Hi so, a part of the application asks for what other summer programs we are applying to. And even though it says that our answer will not affect our admission into LEDA, I was wondering if you think it’s a good or bad idea to put an answer. Like I’m afraid they’re going to deem me as less needy of being a LEDA scholar. Plz respond ASAP thanks!!

I was told that most students that are accepted have an ACt score above the national average, which is 23. So I think it depends. The second round requires those scores and that will happen in February. So, you have until then to get your scores up because they do matter!!! Good luck!!

Other than the ACT exam scores, what other standardized test scores are required?
@gwayne22 I do not believe the ACT scores has to be incredibly high or anything because there is ACT and SAT prep during the summer institute. However, only the SAT or ACT is recommended or required to apply to the program. By the way, I am a LEDA Cohort 11 scholar like Taylor and Robby. Godd Luck!

I just submitted my app! Literally took me sooo long to revise my essays and look over EVERYTHING! I’m so glad to have support from my sister, who helped me tremendously during this process. Great job to everyone who finished their apps and good luck! I don’t think I’ve ever wanted anything this much haha. Hoping for the best!!
