Legacy At Brown

<p>I think the whole legacy thing is really stupid but i guess if it is going to help me i wont object. So my question is do they take this into account at brown? my dad went there for 4 years but didnt get a degree. is this going to help me? i guessing it wont hurt me that he didnt get a degree am i right?</p>

<p>The legacy thing isn't too helpful in general at Brown. About 8-9% of students are legacies so it's hard to get in either way. Everything else has to be solid for it to make a difference.</p>
