Legacy-what are my chances?

Hi there,
Please chance me at Northwestern. My mom got her BA there, my dad went to Naval Academy and then to Kellogg Business school (NU's business school).
I got a 34 on my ACT. My SAT was comparatively low 730-reading, 800-writing, 630 math (ouch). I have lots of EC's including captain of the speech team at my school which is an IHSA program. (I went to state but didn't win anything) NU has relatively new speech team (forensics) and I went to their summer program after sophomore year. I'm in touch with the sponsor of their team and would make the team easily if I am accepted to NU.
I'm ranked 30 out of 560 students. Not great, I realize. But hoping maybe my ACT and parents going there might help. I could list rest of my ECs--lots of leadership, parts in school plays, Voice of Democracy finalist, my own small business with website., etc.

I live about 45 minutes away from NU.

You’re a strong candidate, but use the ACT rather than the SAT. The Writing score won’t count for much and the Math would hurt you. The 34 ACT is strong.
At most schools being a legacy helps more if you apply ED.
