Lehigh (reach school), Villanova, Drexel, and Temple Honors Chances (Scholarship Chances too)

I'll give a brief rundown of my college application (I know that colleges grade holistically and sometimes accept/reject applicants by chance):

UnWeighted GPA: 3.6/3.7 (weak/average because of "strong" math department) Weighted GPA: 3.8/3.9

Classrank: not final (range from 40-60 out of about 450)

First of 3 SATs: 1740 (weak/average, but I didn't have time to study because of schedule) 650 math, 550 write'n, 540 read'n

APs have 1.2 weight, while honors have 1.1 weight (all scores I give are unweighted)

Science Courses 11/12 grade: Community College Chem 121 summer before 11th grade (105%, because of the people in my class...), Anatomy/Physiology (94%), Honors Physics (94%), AP Bio (12th grade), AP Physics C (12th grade).

Math Courses 11/12 grade: AP Stats (4, currently being rescored), 83%), Precalc (unweighted, 82%), Calc (unweighted 12th grade)

I have recently been put on free lunch program (family use to make over 6-figures).

APs Taken/Taking: AP Lit (3, 88%), AP Stats, AP Gov (12th grade), AP Lang/Comp (12th grd), AP Bio, AP Physics C

History is usually my best subject (not interested in majoring in this)

I never did sports in school, but I am interested in doing sports like football, soccer, etc in college.

I do volunteer work at places like Soup Kitchens, Farms, Retirement homes, etc (60+ hours).

Doing Science Fair/ Science Olympiad this year

Getting a job (try to be sole-breadwinner) this year

I do Tak Won Do (1.5 hours a week for 3 years)

I am in many clubs, but I tend to have small roles in many clubs rather than big roles in few clubs.

I am interested in taking a Pre-Med path in college.

Can someone please help because I am very confused with all of this scholarship, Early Decision importance, etc.

What should I do to improve my chances, should I apply early decision?
