Let's be realistic, Med-School

Do I even stand a chance with getting into Medical School if I have a few B's on my transcript? I have a B in the following classes: University Physics 1, Organic Chemistry 1, Calculus 2, and Calculus 3. Every other class I've taken, I've gotten an A. If I get an A in all of my other science classes, do you think it will turn out okay? I know there is no guarantee, but on a scale of 1-10, how dire is it to have B's in these classes? I'm a communication major now, but I'd like to switch back to pre-med.

You’re fine; I think you’re just stressing. But it does depend on the college.

You’re right. I am stressing. I’m not looking to get into an ivy league med school or anything, but a couple B’s shouldn’t kill my chances at every school. Thank you.

Depends on your overall GPA and MCAT score…not to mention the strength of your resume, research experience, interview…
