<p>I just got deferred from TUlane which said that they would reconsider my application after they receive my first semester grades... what GPA do i typically have to earn to get in? also, does this mean im almost certainly rejected or more "accepted"? thanks for your help</p>
<p>umm you're mid year grades will most likely not have any effect unless you fail every class then its a definite no.</p>
<p>deferred can mean anything, it just means they will re-evaluate you, cant say yes or no.</p>
