<p>I feel really stupid asking this, especially only a week before half of my deadlines. But do our teachers have to fill out forms along with writing letters? As in having them answer questions and check boxes and indicate any additional info? OR is that for the counselor?</p>

<p>for common app schools you need to print out the common app teacher form where they can check boxes and attach to their letter. Your counselor should also have his own counselor form unless he can access your common app account. and yes you should get to work on all of this including your essays.</p>
<p>is that done electronically or does it need to be mailed?</p>
