<p>Did anyone else receive a congratulatory letter from their regional admissions officer? I'm trying to figure out if this is a special recruitment effort or not</p>
<p>I received one as well. It included a handwritten note at the bottom, which is probably standard since these are from regional admissions officers.</p>
