Most of my colleges asked for two letters of recommendations from academic teachers but I also sent in an supplemental one from a non-academic teacher (she was my club's advisor). I thought that everyone was still allowed to send in at least one extra rec. When I checked the status of my application, it listed the teacher who wrote my supplemental rec as one of the required recommenders. Does anyone know if the college will still consider the recfrom the academic teacher? Or did they throw it out since they received an extra rec? Do I contact them about it?

You could contact them. I don't see them just throwing anything away. All three recs would be in your file. They might decide to read only 2.

I sent 4 recos to all my colleges... They are there in my file for some colleges.. They will read them all im pretty sure

Really? Did you apply to liberal arts colleges? I know that the bigger schools usually let people send in extra recs but the liberal arts never mention if we can or not.
