Letters of Recommendation Return Address?

When I give teachers addressed, stamped envelopes in which to send letters of recommendation, for the return address, do I put my name and address?
Or do I let the teacher fill it out with their own or the school's?

Here they tell us to put down the guidance office's address.

Some colleges won't accept them with a "home" return address--tampering..etc. You can go to your school and get "official" high school envelopes or just have the teacher use the school's address. My 3 kids went the "official" route to be safe.

For the counselor "recommendation" (more like school forms), I left the return address blank, and my counselor put in my home address. So I'm really not sure.
An advantage of putting my own info is that they know right away the mail goes in my file, instead of having to open it first, right?
