My town's Rec. Director wrote for me a great letter of recommendation. In sending this to schools, should I indicate my name on the envelope or letter anywhere? Currently, my name is just mentioned in her letter.

General rule is name, school, and date of birth on top of letter, right?

...good question

Get a page of Avery (or generic-brand) return-address labels and print your name, address and birth date on them (I wouldn't do SSN). Give a couple to each teacher providing recommendations and ask them to stick it on the top of the letter. If the college gave you an applicant I.D. number, put that on the sticker as well and attach one to all documents and LORs you send.

Where do I get these?

anyone? or any other ideas?

Any office supply store.
