<p>ask your Guidance Counselor but it is usually the Schools Address as the return address and the admission office as Mailing address. I'm actually doing that right now.</p>
<p>I think your school address by itself is sufficient but double check with your guidance counselor.</p>
<p>My S's teachers wanted him to put their names on it (school, Attn: teacher, address)</p>
<p>just make sure you dont mail it from your home address, that would be interesting. Just school address - admissions office address.</p>
