Would love to hear from any students or parents. My trans son wants to ED northwestern and I am nervous. He is doing his own research on Reddit etc and seems confident he will find his people and won’t face too much ignorance/prejudice but I would love to hear if others believe this to be correct.
I live in the area and Evanston is a very progressive, open, welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly city. Northwestern has the same accepting vibe. Your child will find their people here!
