Likelihood for NYU, BU, Tufts, Georgetown, UoC?

I am a hispanic low income female junior in high school. I am starting my applications now to get ahead, but I was wondering what my chances might be to get into my top schools. I will be the first in my family to attend college.
Schools: Tufts University, Georgetown, Boston University, New York University, University of Chicago, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, UC San Diego, UC Berkeley, Northwestern University.

Weighted GPA: 4.26
SAT (only taken once, now taking a class): 1980
Member of California Scholarship Federation and National Honor Society
I want to be a double major in political science and psychology with a minor in history. Which of my schools would be best for this?

AP Classes (by time of applying): APUSH, AP Eng Language, AP Lit, AP Gov/Politics, AP Biology, AP Psychology, AP French Language

Extra curriculars:
- Mock Trial for 3 years
- Outside of school choir for 4 years
- 200 hours of service hours at nonprofit dedicated to bringing justice for victims of domestic abuse
- Editor-in-Chief of my school newspaper
- President of my school diversity club
- Internship with Equality California
- Student advisory board of my local congresswoman

Are you sure you can afford BU and NYU? They have the worst financial aid of the bunch.

NYU: Match
U Chicago: Reach (write stellar essays and it becomes reachable)
Tufts: High match (make a good 1-minute YouTube video, too)
BU: Safety

what’s your unweighted gpa?

My unweighted GPA is 3.9

I understand that you’re a URM, but with those SAT scores, I don’t think you’ll get into UChicago. Everything else seems like a decent math/low reach.
