I looked over your stuff pretty quickly, if you stated that you were Latin American on your app, then that will help, but otherwise, you seem like a solid applicant, meaning it will all come down to your essay and other random factors, good luck.</p>

<p>I know that only a small percentage of the accepted applicants receive a likely letter but not getting it sill feels like a rejection…</p>

It’s a different story for you since you are an athlete, congratulations! I had a second thought about LL to dual-degree seeking candidate: maybe Penn doesn’t do LL to non-athlete people who applied to the dual-degree programs because in the case of Huntsman, many people will choose Huntsman over HYPSM anyways.</p>
