<p>It is both. To get in the facebook group, you have to be in the directory first.</p>
<p>Does anyone know if we, as likelies, get any kind of “preliminary” financial aid award, so that we can go ahead and be thinking about it?? I mean, I know that would help me out a ton, that way I’m not scrounging for finances in April.</p>

<p>Just to let you know… Ivies do not make attendance practically free for everyone who makes less than 60,000. My parents make far less than that and I’m looking at a relatively high EFC. It all depends on income AND assets.</p>

<p>yellow745, my son had been invited to two previous video chats. He did not get this new one. The two previous invitations did not have anything saying that they were impressed with his application. I do not know if your invitation for the new video chat is a likely, it may be. My son did not get a likely letter in the first wave.
What is your experience iamanapp? Did you get the first two invitations but none now?</p>
<p>Are these letters being sent to international applicants too? If so, then are they by post or by email? (for int’l applicants i mean. I know they are by post for domestic applicants)

<p>I’m pretty positive the video chat is for likelies, because it’s about Dimensions. Also, it gives you instructions on the email about how to access the 2015 Facebook group, and how to log into your student account.</p>
<p>I’m a little discouraged finding this thread as I haven’t been so fortunate as to receive one. Congrats to those who did though!! And fingers crossed I get one soon.
