I was just wondering if the likely letters for these universities listed below come on an exact date, or on a rolling basis until the decision release date (URM applicant):

Cornell and Columbia likely letters have already been sent. Cornell released their “diversity” letters a week ago and I doubt they will continue since decisions will be coming out soon.
I heard Brown is sending some more this week snail mail and most URM are hoping for Princeton to send out theirs if they even have some this year (last year, they released them close to the release date). Good luck!

I was under the impression likelies are sent in waves.
They are, but different schools have different wave times
