I’m studying for AP Calculus AB,and my calculator keeps telling me that I need CAS for limits,is there any other way for calculating them?
By hand.
If I remember correctly, I don’t think non-CAS calculators can directly compute limits (additionally, they cannot calculate the derivative or indefinite integral of a function, such as the integral of x^2 dx).

I guessed so,Thank you!!!
Khan Academy also has a lot of helpful videos on tons of Calculus subjects. I personally used it a few weeks before the beginning of school to learn up on limits and some derivative stuff so that I could hit the ground running in Calculus this year
I’ve heard of the Khan Academy before, and now I’ll definitely try it.Thanks !!
The fact that you’re trying to use a calculator is a scary thought.
^^Agreed.
Calculus is all about the concept and application, not just simply using your calculator. What will you do on the non-calculator portions of the AP exam?
