Someone do a review of it....Not much description except 38 single rooms, men/women separate floors....Thanks.

The place where you’d go if you can’t get into Kemper or Goodrich, but want a single on north campus. Still filled up really quickly though.

I lived there for 2 years. It’s small but it has character and I really liked it. I chose it over Goodrich, but I didn’t have Kemper as an option. Very close to the dining halls, North campus classrooms and the North campus gym. It’s also close to the frats which can mean music blasting at times but I didn’t mind. I met some of my best friends there so I have some fond memories of the place. It’s really what the residents make of it.

Also to be shared with Theta Chi this year

I was just wondering what the social scene is gonna be like at this place like are the people looking to chill usually? And what’s it like for u if you wanna go Greek? Also are the dorm sizes smaller than doubles since its only one person a room?
Sorry if that was a lot haha but thanks for your time guys

The room sizes are smaller but more than sufficient. The social scene depends on who happens to get placed there during your year. I honestly don’t know how they determine placement, but I think it’s random after they take into account preferences and availability of spaces. In the 2 years I was there, there were a mix of majors, a mix of people who were in frats and were not in frats, and a mix of people who were outgoing and less outgoing (you’d be hard-pressed to find a non-friendly character). Dorms will have munchies every week so make sure to attend those if you want to get to know people. You will be very busy with homework and club meetings so sometimes you just have to force yourself to go.

Cool thanks a bunch dude, I really appreciate it
