Linens and things

what things are essential for the dorm at berkeley For the BEDS?

I'm looking through that linen/bath catalog berkeley sent and I'm just picking out items insteam of packages so I'd like to know which items are useful? Whacha think your first year? What did you get that was useless and what did you wish you had?

Are the winters so cold you need layers of cover? And what about the matress pads? I went to Calso and slept on hard matress and liked it.

I found that stuff really overpriced and unnecessary.

All you need for your bed is a bed sheet, pillows, and blankets. A comforter is all you need. If it gets too cold, another small blanket will do the trick. Get an XL Twin set at Target for less than $40 (this includes all bed sheets and comforter).

If you liked the mattress at CalSO, you don’t need a mattress pad. Most are really thin, anyway, unless you want to splurge for a good one.

What arduouspallor said.

You only need bed sheet, pillows, and blankets. Comforter MAYBE. I got my XL Twin set at Target for $10 on sale.

Don’t buy anything from the catalog. It’s a waste of money.

overstock.com yaaaaa

To reiterate: don’t order from the form Berkeley sent you. Way way overpriced. Go to your local Target or JCPenney.

Target is the way to go! Got a whole bed set for just 49.99!

target love <3
