<p>Only when fewer means 3519 is less than under 3500 which has been the case since 2007. The number has varied over the yers and current is on the high side compared with under 3000 in the 90’s. Very slanted article/report by the very leftist Sara Goldrick-Rab who wants UW to enroll only the poor and native Americans. Also Minn kids count as instate and that boosts total even higher.</p>
<p>barrons, please quit the anti “leftist” rants. You lose credibility when you do so. Keep your mind open, as it was schooled to be on campus those years ago.</p>

<p>Be sure to remember then that leftist is high praise, good etc. You make it sound a bad thing- it is one of the ways FORWARD (the Wisconsin state motto) progression is made. Middle of the road recognizes there will be views needed to keep us from complacency. </p>
<p>Posters- part of the Wisconsin Idea is being exposed to many ideas- “sifting and winnowing” them. Was able to get 3 things associated with WI in this post. Be prepared to have your ideas challenged at UW.</p>
