A few other schools are also mentioned in the article.

Nmc…there are 3000 or so colleges in this country. Are you hoping someone will go through them all and let you know which ones give purely merit awards to international students? That would be an onerous task.

University of Alabama offers guaranteed merit awards based on SAT/ACT and GPA. These are available to international students.
