List all other scholarships for which you have applied or plan to apply for...

I’m applying for a scholarship right now and one of the sections asked this:

“List all other scholarships for which you have applied or plan to apply for. For each, provide the application status and the possible award amount. To add more scholarships/awards, click “Add Another Row.””

Can they even check or find out? I applied to/plan to apply to a lot lol, It might hinder my chances at this scholarship if I list them all.

Is dishonesty the best policy?

Ignore it. You have a low probability of any scholarship.

@“Erin’s Dad” just a little curious, but why? looking from his previous post he has a 2100+ SAT, 3.74 weighted GPA 4.0 Unweighted, multiple AP’s and club + volunteering. Also valedictorian of large class… I’d say he has pretty good chances if he’s going for merit.

What scholarship? Gates? Coca Cola? They have literally thousands of applicants. The only scholarships anyone has a real chance at are the local Lion’s club which might be worth $500.

You have good stats, apply to schools that offer merit instead.

I’ve applied to quite a few scholarships as well and one asked me the exact same question. I answered it honestly. There is no way it will hurt you.
