Anyone have any insight to schools that don't count freshman year GPA's? I know UMichigan and the UC's don't, are there any others?

CSUs as well as UCs, but you must get at least a C or higher in the 9th grade courses for them to count against the a-g subject requirements in English, math, etc.

Note that while the CSUs admit by formula based on GPA and test scores (with varying thresholds by campus, major, state residency, and local residency), UCs have holistic review, so that your 9th grade course grades will be seen by the admissions readers.

So then it is Sophomore, Junior and first semester Senior that matter? Cause second semester Senior is to late for assessment. Yes?

princeton university doesn’t i think

Senior year courses and grades do matter, even for semester(s) where the grades would be too late for the school to consider them in the admissions reading. Doing poorly in the last semester(s) can cause a college to rescind an admission offer.
