<p>now i know not everythings set in stone, but will it cause major troubles later on if i decide to major in something besides the one i put on my app....im not talking lsa to engineering, but perhaps swithcing engineering fields...
im thinking no since the core curriculum for all engineering students usually is the same freshman year...but who knows esp since i'm writing down biomedical engineering which may require some unique classes</p>

<p>i kno i could put undecided or undecided engineering but I rather put biomedical esp since my essay is over biomedical engineering...just a thought..thanks</p>

<p>It's pretty common for engineers to switch fields once they get here. Don't worry about it, it won't affect you negatively at all (your courses for the first year will most likely be identical whether you're taking IOE, Aero, or BME).</p>
