My biological father is not on my birth certificate, I don’t have a guardian as I’m over 18, and I was never adopted. However my mother is married. Do I list her husband as my father or can I put nothing, and do I relate that to my families income?

For financial aid purposes, you are a dependent on your mother and her husband so you will need both of their financial information on your financial aid applications. If you apply anywhere that requires more than the FAFSA, you will need to ask the financial aid office at that place what to do if they require non-custodial parent information. Do not be surprised if each place requires something different.
