So to those who have and will be accepted to cornell, have u guys started planning ur futures after ur undergraduate education?
Like Grad School- Medical, law, business etc Work Force?

hahaha, well, if my plans don't change, I'll be going to law school with a BS and MILR and I will be getting my MBA and JD while at law school. SO that's the plan... 4 degrees--eight years, on two on two. Ready, BREAK!

r u my soulmate? jkjk i have the same exact plans really. do u know which law schools/mba schools u want to go to?

Chuck Norris is everyone's soulmate

Ok guys........take a breath..survive your first semester at college first ;->

oh yeh im stressed about that too lol. fyi im a girl so for everyone on here referring to me as a dude. my name is not a-bike it is (ab-Bi-kay). im nigerian

$100 says most of you will have different plans by the time you're a junior at Cornell.

abike.....my deepest apologies.....I have always had hard time with online gender identification

"$100 says most of you will have different plans by the time you're a junior at Cornell."

ur on gomi...contact me here:
First floor , Holland ILC (for ur info this place is near the east part of the campus, directly opposite, but waaaaaay down from the Engineering quad)

contact 1 yr from now and i'll still be in Electrical and Computer Engineering...

ur serious, right?, gomi

ill take ur bet bc im pretty set in my ways and my parents expect me to graduate with something i can get a long career in. but i know there is room for flexibility but not much for me

oh no need for apologies.it is very hard to identify peps backgrounds on the internet.

hahaha, gomestar, I will probably end up with a degree in chemical engineering or something, lol.

you all would be VERY surprised at how many people change plans when they get here. You'll notice the same triend for all of your friends who will be at other colleges. I only know of one or two people that are still with their original major/career plans. I know it may be impossible to believe now, but i've seen it happens and have experienced it myself. Granted it doesn't happen to everybody, just a surprising amount.

My sister was saying how at her college, everyone was saying they wanted to work for so and so and do this and this... Now more than half of those people are saying "..maybe I'll be a professor or something....".

wow i barely know what i want to do in college let alone plans after

maybe engineering, business and finance?

I'm with dayobball, I'm doing good to figure out a major to put on my application (linguistics).

I have no idae!

dont worry if you have no idea ... most of you are only 18, you shouldn't think that you need to have your whole life figured out already.

The average college student changes majors 3 times before they graduate. Just enjoy college and forget about what you'll hope to be doing in 10 years.

17 =P

I don't think I'll be changing my career goals anytime soon--I want to make cell phones. Though I'm still not quite sure what majors I'll need for that, haha.

Why perpetuate the evil, uber???

j/k ;)

with any luck: cornell engineering-->yale law school-->patent law
