<p>Hey guys! I'm a little interested in hearing what people who HAVE DORMED in Quad3 have to say about their experiences, and people whose friends have also lived in Quad3. I'm obviously aware of the negative cloud that surrounds the Quads (no AC, single sex floor, tiled floors, etc) but I would like to know some personal experiences.</p>
<p>As a freshmen last year, I dormed in Davidson A and I absolutely treaded the fact that it was all guys (where the girls at!) and had no AC, and was supposedly a military barrack (heard Quads were also?), but of course, the college experience is what you make out of it. I used to never spend my time in Davidson as I didn't like it but slowly the people around me became family and I actually ended up not wanting to leave Davidson. It's true what they say, it's not where you're at, it's the people around you that can really determine your experience.</p>
<p>Some of my questions would be:
1) How social were your neighbors?
2) Were you able to easily communicate/see/talk/socialize with the other houses/floors?
3) doors usually open/closed?
4) Any fun experiences together with your floor/house?</p>
