Producing is his first interest . . . but Dodge was only school to have that as a separate undergraduate major. The rest have it has a track of film production major. He hopes to double major in biz administration wherever he ends up.
I am unaware how many applied to the Film LLC, but it is a competitive LLC based on they were only taking 26 students TOTAL based on a separate application you fill out. We haven’t been on campus because it is still closed, but the juniors and seniors have still been filming w/ covid guidelines in order to graduate. Most freshmen live in a LLC, and Film is the only one I am aware of that requires an application. If it weren’t for COVID, we would have gotten our hands on cameras and sets in our first semester, it is only because they had to switch PROD 100 for Screenwriting that we haven’t been able to do “hands on experience”
Congrats to every who got in and keep hope deferred students! Remember to take time if they ask for a continued interest letter and SHOW that you have continued to work hard/innovate between the time you originally applied and now. Don’t remember if LMU asks for one.
