Is anybody here familiar with the business programs at the three school mentioned? My top choice is USC, however I am not feeling too confident about my chances of getting in. Because I have way too many schools on my list and need to make my mind up asap before December, hence cutting down my West Coast schools. I have Santa Clara, Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine and Chapman in my list.
Important details:
- Majoring in business but at the same time want to get involved in the music industry.
- Worried about being in a school that is WAY too religious as I am not a Christian and I am also an international student.
- Want to end up somewhere in the Silicon Valley companies like Google, Facebook, Apple etc (but not necessarily basing myself there.)
SCU - Spoken to the college rep and their rep with Silicon Valley is good. (I’m applying to UWash too Which is a top feeder school to SV)
LMU - I’ve spoken to the college rep during a college tour and he mentioned the importance of students’ interests, not just the “official” school related activities so that was what made me like the school
Pepperdine made the school very attractive during their visit in my school.
Chapman - apparently it gives out good money, my friend received $42,000 for one year
I am not familiar with the quality of any of the schools’ business programs and I need help! Thank you
