<p>English schools don't do transfers. You can apply as a first year (freshman) and basically start over. UCL is University College London.</p>
<p>Regardless of what the others said, it IS possible. I know someone who did it. Its just very hard, you have to have studied at LSE for a year as an exchange student before they even consider you. From where would you transfer?</p>
