<p>For those 2 hr lecture courses are they straight lectures like the 1 hr courses or do you get a break, small group activities, etc.</p>

<p>It probably depends on the class… if it’s a straight lecture or lab, then there’s probably no break. Discussion classes may have group activities. I’m totally speculating here, so if anyone knows I’m wrong, please correct me! </p>

<p>in my econ 201 class last year, the prof gave a 5 min break halfway through and sometimes she would give some little group assignment for 10 min or so. other than that, it’s just a longer lecture. it also depends on the teacher though bc i’ve had other lectures with nonstop lecturing for 2 hours… which is the worst blahhhh</p>
