Looking At academics alone, do I stand a chance as an OOS student? Early Action, btw

GPA: 3.9 Took hardest classes available at my small school
SAT: 1490 with 730 RW and 760 MAth
SAT II lol : 700 MAth 1, 650 math 2( not the best but not quite reflective of my abilities)

Have Pretty good ECs and recs. NOthing spectacular.

Last year, the early admit rate for OOS was around 28%. Keep in mind that the OOS label does lower your chances. That saying, Tech conducts a holistic process, making it very hard to chance.
