I recently attended a pharmacy school and was very unhappy with the expertise and teaching ability of my professors, the way classes were taught, and the way we were tested among other things. I really do not want to have the same experience elsewhere and was looking for input on the experiences of others. Please be as frank and open as you can. Thank you!</p>
<p>Did you fail out, or are you just looking to transfer out?</p>
<p>Is this a DPharm after finishing college, or is it a 6 year program?</p>
<p>Where else were you admitted when you applied to pharmacy school, and have you contacted any of them?</p>
<p>Why were you in pharmacy school in the first place? Is your goal to work at a chain pharmacy (CVS, Walgreens, etc.), or to work in a hospital or other therapeutic setting, or is it to go into pharmaceutical research?</p>
<p>Can you take a leave of absence for a semester or a year, get some kind of job, and re-consider your long-term goals? That might be the best option. If you decide to go back, you’d have a space waiting for you.</p>
