Looking for a new online school - Pell Grant & Programming

I’m looking for a school that my pell grant can cover, that offers at least an associates with emphasis on programming.

Suggestions, please?

Note: I’m currently a student at FHSU, and about half of my professors/assistants have made themselves miserable to deal with. I don’t want to work with them any more; it’s not worth the stress. I checked reviews for this school, and I found a number of students with complains very much like my own.

Are you going for a Bachelor’s in CS? I’d think that any of the other Kansas public universities would be fine. I’ve worked with people who got CS degrees from the U of Kansas and Wichita State, and they seem to know what they’re doing.

Everyone has bad college professors, and in a difficult major like CS, it’s easy to blame bad teaching when you run into problems. (Although sometimes it is bad teaching.) If you transfer, you’re not going to escape that. But if you’re generally unhappy with the school, go ahead and transfer.

No, I was in a psych program - and I have a 4.0 GPA, but the professors are utterly unhelpful and sometimes just stupid. I’ve had this 3 semesters in a row. They simply don’t care, a number refuse to even respond to e-mails. Heck, even ones I’m not taking classes from, won’t respond to e-mails (I’ve tried contacting THREE IRB members about doing research.)

Look at Kansas State. My son loves it there! Several of his friends are doing Psych and love it. They really like their professors. All his professors (except physics- lousy professor) have taken time to spend with interested students. I’ve been amazed at how much the professors at this big school seem to care about their students.

Kansas State is a fair bit above the pell grant amount, mate.
