Looking for a second opinion on chances for different colleges

Hey guys. I'm kind of new here, but I would like to get a second opinion on what my chances are for various schools.

Asian Male
School: Competitive Private All-Boys school in NJ
Class size = ~130, 10% go to Ivies, 10% go to top LACs, 40% go to Georgetown/Notre Dame/Villanova including athletic recruits

GPA (out of 12.0):

1) 9th Grade: ~9.98
2) 10th Grade: ~11.1
3) 11th Grade: ~11.2
4) Cumulative: ~10.73

*An A is weighted as an 11.0, and an A+ is a 12.0. An A in an AP course is weighted as a 12.0, while an A+ is weighted as a 13.0.

Course Placement:

1) 10th Grade:AP Calculus AB (4)
2) 11th Grade: AP American History, AP Calculus BC/multivariable, AP English Language, AP Physics B, AP Latin Vergil
3) 12th Grade: AP Macroeconomics, Linear Algebra (Post-AP), AP English Literature, AP Music Theory, AP Physics C

Standardized Testing:

1) PSAT: ~222
2) SAT: 2400
a. 11 Essay

SAT Subject tests will be done soon but I am anticipating >750 on each: Math II, Physics, English Lit

EXTRA-CURRICULARS/ACTIVITIES

State-ranked swimmer - club swimmer since I was 7. >20 hours of practice every week, all year round (51 weeks out of 54 considering every break between summer/winter seasons). Member of Lakeland HIlls YMCA, captain of my school team. Pretty decent backstroker, my times for the 100 and 200 back are both about a tenth off the scholastic all american cut each.

Forum - School magazine focused on political issues, world conflicts, etc. Editor in Chief.

Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators - Basically an organization for helping children of migrant workers to Beijing, did a couple weeks during the summer before Sophomore Year. I coordinated activities for poorer children.

Other community service - I participated in these for some time throughout my three years at high school. Unfortunately I'm not in any sort of leadership positions.

a. SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) - Basically organization that promoted anti-drugs/alcohol awareness within school, etc.

b. Adopt a Grandparent - Spent time socializing and keeping the elderly company at nursing homes

c. Educational Programs for Children Handicapped - Involved going to a YMCA bi weekly to socialize with mentally ill children

d. Minority Mentor Program - School specific organization that organizes fundraisers, etc. to benefit inner city kids and other minorities.

I'm interested in studying economics/business, so I'm looking at schools like Chicago or MIT. Both coaches have responded favorably so far, especially Chicago. Should I be considering more or less competitive schools?

Both UChicago and MIT are as tough as most ivies, if not tougher in certain respects. I have a friend VERY similar to you in the means of grades and test scores, maybe a bit lower, but he’s looking at all the ivies +Duke, Georgetown, and Stanford along with west coast swimming bigs EXCEPT he’s a diver. Look at some of the second tier right under those Ivy bigs, and then look to the top west coast. Stanford, UCLA, UCB, etc.
