I just got AD from umich, and will probably go there :)
so now trying to find a house, donno if off-campus suits me (maybe bf is coming to live with me from UK), need another roommate.
btw, my major is Applied Econ, think its in the central campus?
if there's anyone who knows about the best place to live off campus for an econ student, tell me pls~
or if there is anyone who is also looking for a roommate in umich, lets discuss!

I am looking for people to room with also I know that most apartments are probably gone, but there are still open ones nonetheless. As far as I know, there is not “good” place for certain majors. I only wish accessibility and distance to be fair when considering housing!

I would highly recommend living the dorms for at least your freshman year. It is first and foremost the easiest and best way to meet people and can really improve your freshman year experience, whether it’s expanding your social circle, or getting help with homework.

Best off campus places near central are Zaragon and Landmark, but they’re also some of the most expensive. Just use maps.google.com to your advantage when picking a house/apartment, every block can be considered about a minute of walking.

Good luck!
