<p>yah i went this last year, prob. one of my favoritess. Im transferring from Glendora, it’s bout thirty minutes out of la. Hey I haven’t applied for which college I wana be affiliated w/ yet…have you guys already applied for that??</p>

<p>We live on porter but aren’t affiliated with the campus. In fact, porter isn’t accepting transfers this year which sucks. It is my favorite college. But I did put my top 5. I put porter (just in case they change their mind) kresge, college 8, 10 and cowell. I hope I get kresge though. Not like it matters if you stay in the transfer community the first year and live off campus senior year. But just in case someone wants to move out of the transfer community the first year I guess.</p>
<p>what is some good stuff bout kresge I only have two on my list so far. I feel like I would want to move out of the transfer community uring our junior yr, jus to live in an appartemnt instead you know</p>
<p>I agree I would want to move out after the first quarter. I want to live in an apt on campus. I just like what I hear about kresge, it seems similar to porter. It is semi close to the science classes. The people seems very laid back. It’s pretty much the only college besides porter I care about. Ps is anyone here going to the orientation?</p>

<p>Well I am going for sure, but I’m suppose to be somewhere the night of the 23rd so I have to fly out of Santa cruz after orientation meaning I can’t have a car so I’m looking to drive up to ucsc with another transfer from so cal! Lol</p>

<p>Hey, All! I’m a transfer coming out of SF Bay Area, for sure going to UCSC this Fall. (As long as I pass this god forsaken calculus course that I’m in now. /knock on wood.) I should be living in the on-campus transfer section, I play a fair amount of xbox, and am a business major. SO HAI. :]</p>

<p>I do too! I mean I’m no gamer, but I wish I was better. The only game I have beat by myself is assasins creed and I was so proud of myself!</p>
<p>The last game I beat was the latest Call of Duty. I beat it before my bf. He was not very happy. I love that game.</p>

<p>Hey! My name is Siara. I am an incoming Transfer student from Orange County for sure attending UCSC this fall. Ill be living in the Porter transfer dorms but deciding to affiliate with either College 8 or Cowell (not 100% sure yet…I have put Cowell first and then College 8 but I think I might switch that).
