I'm currently in my freshman year of college and want to transfer to U of O. By the time the year if over I will have 56 college credits. With this amount of credits, will my high school work be reviewed? I was told by someone that if you have over 35 quarter credits then high school transcripts are not needed. Is this true? Also, would the school need to see ACT or SAT scores? Letters of recommendation?

Thank you. Your help is appreciated because I am completely new to the transfering process =P

Hi corinnemarie, it’s true that with over 35 college credits (on a quarter system) we don’t need your high school transcript; we do need all of your college transcripts, even if you attended more than one. We only need your SAT/ACT test scores if you’re applying as an architecture or interior architecture major. And we don’t need letters of recommendation.
