Lottery Ticket Question

<p>Anyone been to orientation on the 4th and recieved their email yet about how to apply for lottery tickets? I have been checking but haven't gotten it yet.</p>

<p>I can copy over the email that I received about it. It’s a really confusing process, because it’s brand new, so I don’t really even know much about it.</p>

<p>DD got her email yesterday, but not until after she called them up and asked about it. She went to orientation on 5/29.</p>

<p>E-mail them. We did and they sent us the info the next day. We called first for weeks and couldn’t get anyone to answer.</p>

<p>From what I’ve heard and seen on Facebook, it seems that most freshmen have to email or call the Ticketing Office to get an email with information sent their way.</p>

<p>For some reason, many departments at USC promise to send out emails to freshmen (such as housing), but they almost never actually do. I’m not really sure why, so you should be as proactive as possible.</p>

<p>I know last year I was told that I’d be sent emails when housing assignments were posted and when my placement scores would be available. Didn’t receive an email in either case.</p>
