Low ACT, Strong extracurriculars: Chance me for Early Action?

<p>Took ACT again in December. Hoping for a 28+.
I know I have a low ACT but im hoping that my essay/extracurriculars will make up for it. </p>

<p>Common App Essay: Chose how you recovered from failure prompt. Tried to be as unique as possible, talked about leadership and how I eventually understood what it truly meant.</p>

<p>School: Very Large Public, Extremely Competitive (one of the best in the state)</p>

<p>colleges so far: Deferred EA from Northeastern</p>

<p>I just was accepted at N.U. If you get into both, where will you go? I could think of no better cities to study in than Miami, Boston (and Manhattan). Did you also apply to NYU? Sorry, that I’m not chancing you. What do I, or anyone who posts here, know that is not on parch…, prowl…, bigfu…, etc.?</p>

<p>A 28+ is The preferred ACT specially if you do not have a A- GPA. Let’s hope your new test will bring you to a safer number.</p>
