Hey, I am looking to transfer to Rutgers University or Montclair State University for Fall 2014. I graduted High school in 2010 and I went to a school in maryland where I withdrew from the university halfway through my 3rd semester for financial reasons . And I assumed that withdrawing from the University I'm withdrawn from classes too. I received F's and my gpa dropped to a 1.5. I went to community college, I'm entering my last semester before I receive my associates in education. I currently have a 3.2...however, I am hearing that schools take the cumalative gpa from both universities, is that true? If so, why? I wont be transferring the classes that I received an F so why will it be factored in? If this is true what are my chances of getting accepted into either school? :/
