Low GPA, chances?

UC GPA: 3.92
Unweighted GPA: 3.56
Weighted GPA: 4.14
(Yes my GPAs are really low, but are they too low? I don't know my exact class rank since my school doesn't rank, but I'm at least top 9% of my class in spite of my low GPA. I qualify for the UC ELC.)
Will have taken 13 APs (all 4's and 5's on scores so far) and 6 Honors by end of high school

California Resident, Asian Male

SAT Reasoning Score: 2260 (730 Math, 730 Reading, 800 Writing w/ 12 on essay)
SAT II Scores: 790 Math II, 720 Physics, 700 US History

Applied as Computer Science major

Important ECs:
1.Intern at a software company, I hold a quality assurance position and I basically test android applications for functionality and user convenience. 10 hours a week for 16 weeks. (11, 12)
2.Community service at church, I maintain facilities every Sunday afternoon. 2 hours a week every week of the year, give or take 2 weeks. (9, 10, 11, 12)
3.Travel basketball, I got cut from HS team but I still love playing. About two hours spent at practice every night for the team, year-long commitment. (9, 10, 11)
4. Exhibition designer at a local cultural center, latest project was a modern and vandalized rendition of Thomas Jefferson's desk that provided a subversive commentary on his character and idiosyncrasies. 10 hours a week for 12 weeks. (11)
5. Tutor for kids who lack foundation in subjects they struggle in; I have taught English, Physics, Trig, Calc AB/BC. (11, 12)

I don’t think it’s that low. When I applied 4 years ago, I had essentially the same GPA, 2100 on my SATs, and got in. Heck, your ECs are stronger than what I had and your SAT score is pretty damn high for UCSD. I wouldn’t worry too much.

I think you’ve got a great shot. It is a competitive school so, it is hard to know for sure.
