I'm a senior in high school, and I've finished all of my college applications, but I'm afraid my low GPA will keep me from getting in. I've applied to FAU, UCF, USF, UF, FSU, and UNF. So far I've been accepted by FAU, and I'm waiting to hear from everyone else.

My GPA is a 2.9 (UW) due to three Ds I recieved in tenth grade (my GPA for that year was a 2.1). Weighted, it's only a 3.4, hardly competitive.

My SAT score is a 1770, and my ACT score is a 25.

I have done volunteer work out of the country, and am active in sports, as well as other extracurricular activites (singing, piano, etc.)

My grades for junior year were all As and Bs, so I'm hoping that the admissions offices will acknowledge my progress.

You will most likely get accepted into USF, UCF, and UNF. Chances are you will probably not get into UF, even if you try super hard. However, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try super hard, because if you do, you could probably get into FSU. FSU is my all-time dream school! Good luck!
