Low GPA

Hello, I currently have a low 3.97 GPA W and 3.8 GPS UW as of freshmen year. I know its not necessarily low compared to average americans, but for my standards it is because I aspire to go to an ivy league school. I know many other factors are weighed in the admissions process, but I’m striving for at least a 4.4+ W by senior year. Is this possble? Thanks
