coming from the same place you are, I would advise looking at San Jose State, UCR as a reach, UCSC, SDSU CSUSM , and as a low reach, UCM. Best of luck!
SJSU’s EI threshold was 4500 for 2017 admits, so not possible with current stats. I suggest Software Engineering with a 3900 EI threshold.
You need to calculate your CSU/UC GPA capped weighted

(CSU/UC GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR).
If you can increase your test scores, then
UCSC would be possible along with SDSU, CSULB, CSU Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona. Apply widely to the Cal states and consider East Bay (highly desirable job opportunites for grads)
UCR/UCM/SFSU/Chico state/Sac state/ San Marcis are all options.
Also run the NPC on private universities and see if you’d qualify for WUE fees for CS at Montana State or Colorado State .
