Does any one know anyone that got admitted to UCLA with low SAT/GPA/other stats? I'm curious. Anyone know someone with the lowest to be admitted?

I know a guy that got in with a 4.1/1500

My school uses this service that has graphs of all the applicants and whether or not they were admitted. The lowest GPA accepted was 3.2 (9-12 WGPA) and the lowest SAT accepted was 1600/2400. I don’t know how accurate the data is however, and those accepted with below a 4.0 GPA and 2000 SAT are very few. To clarify, the person with the lowest GPA did have a 2000 SAT and the person with the lowest SAT had above a 4.0 GPA. The lowest ACT accepted was a 25, again, this is an extremely rare occurrence.

if you come from the ghettos, and you were the top 10%, then you are admitted no matter how low your GPA and SAT was. It is called being the top of your school even if your school has a bunch of dumbasses.

Also AG3000, that graph is apparently wrong because there are HUNDREDS of students here with SAT scores lower than 1300 and there are also HUNDREDS with GPA’s lower than 3.2

I should have made it clear, the graph is only of applicants from my school over the course of about 5 years.

hey - if you got a supplement with low stats then im sure you CAN be admitted. i mean why else would they spend more time and try to consider your application?
Just my thoughts. Don’t lose hope, and don’t let people tell you that you won’t get in. Good luck!!

Check out this website. UCLA admissions site has great/very complete info about admitted students’ stats.
