Low Weighted GPA - Prospective Pharmacist

What are my chances of getting into University of Pittsburgh’s nonguarenteed Pre-Pharmacy program? I’m a junior right now, and Pitt is my dream school. I know it’s bad to have a dream school, but I truly believe Pitt would be perfect for me. I understand with my low stats and Pitt’s (and colleges’, in general) increasing competition for admission that I won’t qualify for Guarenteed Admission (nor do I expect it), but I’d love to be accepted into their regular program.

Some info about me: Pennsylvania resident, wGPA: 3.8, uwGPA: 3.7, class rank: N/A (school doesn’t rank), took two College in High School Courses (basically dual enrollment) from Pitt my junior year, both in which I received an A (CHS German 1 - 100%, CHS Probability & Statistics - 98%), 1 AP junior year (AP Bio); I recieved a B+ through lots of hard work (haven’t taken the AP exam yet, so I’m unsure of my score - but rooting for a 4), SAT: 1430 (780 M, 650 R/W), I have a job at my local shopping mall. I plan to also work as a cashier at Giant Eagle Pharmacy once I turn 18 in October. I’m a part of my school’s Drama Club (7th-12th), in which I worked on the running crew for five productions and was in ensemble for one musical at the high school. I was a student director for the middle school production last year (I was in middle school productions 7th-9th since the 9th graders participate in the middle school’s, not high school’s, production). I’m a national thespian in the International Thespian Society. I’m in my school’s environmental club (9th-12th); I’ve been the secretary and researcher since last year (sophomore year), and I’m extremely passionate about it! We sell Téamo tea—each tea sold plants one tree in Haiti—and do many other charitable events. Also, I helped eliminate plastic straws at my school. I’m also a member of German Club (9th-12th) and National German Honor Society (in which I will be the treasurer next year). I’ve been a German tutor for the past two years, and I also shadowed/student-taught German at my high school last year and this year. I hope to continue my German language study throughout college, in addition to my main career as a pharmacist. Oh, I also shadowed pharmacists at a local hospital for about twenty hours so far.

Some less important info: visited the campus, visited the Pitt table at a college fair, completed Pitt’s Coursera courses in “Epidemics, Pandemics and Outbreaks,” “Disability Awareness and Support,” and “Gender and Sexuality: Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace,” along with other universities’ Coursera courses, for the sake of learning, asked for extra info

Last thing—please be honest. If you don’t think I’ll get in, please give me suggestions of what else to do. Any info is appreciated. Thank you

You’re a trooper if you read my whole first comment, but I (unfortunately) have more info.

I’m also an active member at my lutheran church. I’m a member of the church council (secretary). I take notes at each monthly meeting and give suggestions. I also created our church’s website, and I run it (kinda like a blog). Every year, we make “love boxes,” which are boxes filled with donated treats, gift cards, and love given to senior citizens in the community, the ill, and low-income families within the district. Extras are donated to a homeless shelter. It warms my heart reading the letters from the grateful families.
