That is the one for Irvine - you’ll note that 4,958 people were admitted with a 3.7-3.99 GPA, but, that’s just 25% of those applying. Most of them had strong SAT, ECs and essays.
You aren’t completely out of range so, you should certainly apply. UCSC, UCM and UCR are more realistic targets.
